We accept:

• Cash, if local.
• Bank transfer
• Paypal – this option also allows for payment of credit card and we now have a pay in 3 option.
• Cash App (UK only)
• STRIPE which is what our site uses to process creditcards.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

We are currently upgrading our shipping options.

All shipping options will be posted here as we improve our services and thus, costs to you.

Currently, we only use ROYALMAIL postal service as our provider as these are more reliable. 
We also offer the option to collect, if local.

This will usually be via TRACKED24 as standard which is a fully tracked service.

If you wish for us to use a different provider, please indicate within your email to us. We want everyone to be happy and completely understand if there is another provider that you prefer to use, we will endeavor to accomodate should costs be reasonable. 

PLEASE NOTE: TRACKED24 USUALLY TAKES 1-2 DAYS BUT ALLOW UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS – THIS IS RARE BUT DOES HAPPEN. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM AFTER 14 DAYS, WE WILL OFFER A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. WE HAVE KNOWN TRACKED24 TO TAKE 7 DAYS TO SOME PARTS OF THE UK SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our international shipping is provided via ROYALMAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED. Shipping rates are dependent on country and weight. Delivery times are also dependent on your CUSTOMS SYSTEM in your country. PLEASE email us directly if ordering from outside the UK. Though we do offer a £15 Tracked service as standard across the world. 

Prices DO NOT include shipping (unless indicated), taxes and duties. Duty free may home an item and we are not liable for the length of time. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays with customs or delivery once it leaves our store.
